Manifestor:

  1. Initiating without informing: Manifestors are advised to inform those who might be impacted by their actions before taking action. When they skip this step, it can lead to resistance and friction in their relationships.

  2. Controlling or dominating others: Manifestors have a natural inclination to take charge and make things happen. However, when this inclination becomes overpowering, they may unintentionally come across as controlling or domineering, which can create resistance and disharmony.

  3. Pushing through resistance: Manifestors are highly efficient at breaking through barriers and initiating action. However, when they push through resistance without allowing time for integration or considering the needs and opinions of others, it can lead to conflict or missed opportunities for collaboration.

Generator:

  1. Ignoring their Sacral response: Generators have a built-in mechanism for decision-making through their Sacral response (a deep "yes" or "no" feeling). Ignoring or overriding their Sacral response can lead to exhaustion, dissatisfaction, or getting stuck in situations that do not align with their true desires.

  2. Taking on too much: Generators have abundant energy and are often eager to seize every opportunity. However, when they take on too many commitments or say "yes" to things that don't truly align with their passion, it can result in overwhelm and a depletion of energy.

  3. Settling for mediocrity: Generators have an incredible capacity for excellence and finding true satisfaction in their work. When they settle for mediocrity or stay in uninspiring situations, it can lead to frustration and a sense of unfulfilled potential.

Projector:

  1. Offering advice without being invited: Projectors have a natural ability to see into others and offer valuable guidance. However, offering advice without being invited can be perceived as pushy or invasive. Projectors are advised to wait for recognition and invitation before sharing their wisdom.

  2. Overworking and pushing themselves: Projectors have a limited energy reservoir and are not designed for sustained work like Generators. When they try to keep up with the fast-paced energy of others or push themselves beyond their limits, it can lead to burnout and a loss of their natural energy flow.

  3. Comparison and bitterness: Projectors can easily fall into the trap of comparing themselves to others, especially in regards to their accomplishments or recognition. This can lead to feelings of bitterness and a sense of undervaluing their own unique gifts. Projectors are encouraged to focus on their own path and celebrate their individuality.

Reflector:

  1. Rushing to make decisions: Reflectors, being lunar beings, need ample time for reflection and processing before making decisions. Rushing into choices without giving themselves enough space to gauge their true feelings and energies can result in decisions that don't align with their authentic path.

  2. Absorbing negative energies: Reflectors have a natural gift of reflecting the emotions and energies of those around them. When they absorb negative energies without proper boundaries or practices to release them, it can lead to emotional overwhelm and a sense of being drained.

  3. Feeling the pressure to conform: Reflectors are highly sensitive to the energy and expectations of the world. When they feel pressured to conform to societal norms or expectations, they might lose touch with their unique essence. Embracing their individuality and resisting the pressure to conform is vital for their well-being and fulfillment.

Remember, these are general tendencies, and individuals may display variations within each Human Design Type. Recognizing these "Not-Self" actions can serve as a starting point for self-awareness and personal growth as we align with our truest selves.

Neo3nstor:

  1. Disconnecting from personal transformation: The Neo3nstor has undergone a profound transformation through the neo3nos journey. Not fully embracing or integrating the lessons and experiences gained during this transformative process can lead to disconnection from personal growth and potential stagnation.

  2. Failing to share newfound wisdom: As a Neo3nstor, you have gained valuable insights and wisdom from your transformative journey. Withholding or not actively sharing this wisdom with others may limit their ability to benefit from your experiences and the transformative power of the neo3nos game.

  3. Resisting further growth and evolution: The Neo3nstor represents an awakened state, embracing continuous growth and expansion. Resisting further growth or being complacent can hinder your ability to fully explore your potential and make a lasting impact on your own life and the lives of others.

Remember, the Neo3nstor is a symbol of post-game transformation and personal evolution. By recognizing and addressing these "Not-Self" actions, you can continue to embrace your inner growth and further elevate your journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
